Rockwood Programs has tailored coverage to meet the unique professional liability exposures faced by WorkplaceMarketers. These insurance agents sell supplemental benefits – term life, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, etc - to individuals at their place of employment. The coverage is insured through certain Underwriters at Lloyds of London.

Rockwood can also tailor programs for Carriers and other groups !

Workplace marketers – also known as benefits enrollers - constitute a very unique niche within the larger insurance agent’s community.  Most other E&O carriers are unfamiliar with the nuances of this profession – choosing instead to rate them using the same risk factors as those associated with traditional Life/A&H agents. Rockwood has partnered with a carrier who took the time to gain an in-depth understanding of the function of a Workplace Marketer. As a result, we are able to offer coverage at a premium commensurate with the level of exposure.

The Workplace Marketer E&O product offers a limit of $1,000,000/$1,000,000with and a $2,500 retention. Coverage is written on a claims-made basis. Cost of coverage is $600. The policy is not available for risks generating more than $125,000 in commission income annually. Other eligibility parameters apply. As an added benefit, we provide up to $25,000 in Identity Theft protection on each policy written at no cost to the insured.
