Glenn W. Clark
CEO & President

Glenn W. Clark is currently the Owner and President of Rockwood Programs, an insurance agency based in Wilmington DE. Rockwood serves as the administrator of several nationwide management liability programs, including Not-For-Profit D&O, Life Agents Errors & Omissions, and Medical Malpractice. The company also maintains a separate E&S brokerage operation and provides marketing services to insurance carriers. Glenn was the first employee of Rockwood when it was launched in July 1996.

Prior to Rockwood, Glenn was President of Morefar Marketing, Inc, an AIG subsidiary which provided business insurance programs to affinity groups. The Company operated as an open brokerage and provided a wide range of commercial property coverages, life and accident products, and selected specialty products

Prior to Morefar, Glenn was President of UNAT Direct in Paris, an AIG subsidiary that markets insurance and financial services to consumers in a number of European countries. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Marketing and Administration at AIG Marketing, Inc., AIG’s nationwide mass marketing company for personal lines, including automobile, homeowners, and universal life products.

Glenn is a recognized expert in insurance product distribution and direct response marketing techniques. He has given numerous seminars and written articles for national trade publications. In 2001, he founded Target Markets Program Administrators Association (TMPAA) to foster a business networking organization for MGA’s and program administrators. TMPAA has organically grown from a start up to a viable Association boasting 225 agency members, 57 insurance carriers and 55 vendor members.

Glenn has a BA degree from East Stroudsburg University. He earned his CPCU designation in 1983.

Francis J. Huver
Senior Vice President

Francis J. Huver is a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Rockwood Programs. He is also responsible for all management reporting and statistical analysis. Frank has been with the company since 1996.

Prior to Rockwood, Frank was the Controller for Morefar Marketing. His chief responsibilities included financial reporting, premium/revenue projection and management of the accounting and premium collections departments. Frank also served as the profit center manager for life and accident products.

Prior to Morefar, Frank served as the Planning and Control Director for AIG Marketing. His primary duties included monitoring of all direct response marketing activities – statistical modeling, budgets/forecasting, results tracking and profit analyses.

Frank has an MBA from Wilmington College. He earned an FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute) designation in 1988.

Darryl A. McCallin
Vice President

As Vice President – Operations, Darryl is responsible for managing all underwriting and administrative functions within Rockwood Programs as well as its sister company Fox Point Programs. During his tenure, the company has grown from a start-up firm to a full service MGA administering a $30 million portfolio of management liability business. Darryl has been instrumental in the automating many facets of the operation, vastly improving processing efficiency and quality control.

Prior to joining the Rockwood, Darryl was employed in a dual sales and managerial capacity within Prudential Real Estate Affiliates. The practical application of his marketing expertise earned Darryl several sales and productivity awards.

Prior to Prudential, Darryl served as Operations Manager for AIG Marketing. Business functions reporting to Darryl included included telemarketing, lead fulfillment, and mail distribution.

Darryl has a B.S. from Kutztown State University.

Carol A. Cole
Chief Marketing Officer

Carol A. Cole is the Chief Marketing Officer at Rockwood Programs. She is responsible for marketing, distribution and the customer experience. She also manages the underwriting teams for E & O and EPLI. She joined the company in 2021.

Prior to joining Rockwood, Ms. Cole was Assistant Vice President of Business Development at XS Brokers, an MGA. She was responsible for the marketing and distribution as well as contracting with new vendors and carriers. She also was the lead recruiter for new employees in the Mid-Atlantic region.

From 2011 to 2019, Ms. Cole managed several programs at Global Indemnity including the builders risk/vacant property program for the entire US. She also was the liaison for large contracts including American Family, SIAA, Iroquois Group, and US Assure.

She has also held management positions at The Main Street America Group, CNA and K Mart Apparel Corp.

Ms. Cole has her BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.

Mark S. Lann
Executive Vice President

Mark S. Lann is an Executive Vice President at Rockwood Programs. His primary responsibility is to direct Rockwood’s Brokerage Division. He has successfully created and implemented multiple professional liability insurance programs concentrating on E&O for insurance agencies including brokers, wholesalers and MGAs through domestic carriers and as a Lloyd’s coverholder. He has also developed Brokerage’s marketing plan and is responsible for carrier relationships.

Prior to Rockwood, Mark was President of Modern Insurance Consultants, a company he founded in 1993 and later sold to Rockwood. Modern was a professional liability-focused broker, wholesaler and Lloyd’s coverholder. During his time at Modern, Mark created and administered several MGA programs for commercial package policies, homeowners insurance and professional liability.

Kerri Lann, MLIS
Assistant Vice President

Kerri became the Assistant Vice President in 2015 after working as the Southeast Regional Sales Manager at Rockwood since 2013. She works in the Brokerage Division of Rockwood where she handles a book of Insurance Agents E&O, Life & Health Agents E&O and NFP D&O. She manages the division workflow, created an employee training manual and work procedures.

Prior to Rockwood Kerri was the Director of Operations for Modern Insurance Consultants. She managed the accounting and human resources for the company in addition to growing a $2.6 million dollar book of business.

She started her insurance career working as a CSR and moving up to an assistant underwriter at a Tennant Risk Services before moving on to become an account coordinator for Darwin Professional Underwriters.

She holds an MLIS designation and was awarded as one of IBA’s 2015 Women of the Year.

Megan Franco
Professional Liability Product Manager

Megan began her insurance career in 2006 with Rockwood Programs as an underwriting assistant in the Life & Health department. After obtaining her P&C insurance license and a brief move to New York, in 2008 she was promoted to Professional Liability Broker with Fox Point Programs handling Miscellaneous E&O. In 2020 Megan was promoted to Professional Liability Product Manager, overseeing the Miscellaneous E&O, Allied Healthcare and Medical Malpractice products.

Megan has been married to her husband, Jesse since 2007. She enjoys the fast-paced lifestyle of a “boy mom” watching her 3 boys competing in sports and academic successes. Besides spending time with family, Megan’s greatest passion is singing & leading worship in her local church.
