Rockwood has been a premier provider of Insurance Agents E&O coverage for over 13 years. During that span of time, we have made numerous changes to our program to keep pace with the changing needs of the marketplace. Rockwood administers a national program underwritten through Certain Underwriters at Lloyds, London for P&C Retail Agents as well as Newly Licensed (1-3 years) Agents.

We also possess appointments with other “A” rated carriers, allowing us to place virtually any P&C Agent’s E&O risk. Our P&C Agents Program is designed for agents generating less than $2 million in revenues annually.

Surety Bond Producers

Rockwood Programs recently partnered with highly rated insurance providers in order to create a NEW E&O product for Surety Bond Producers. This product is offered by “A” or better carriers to provide a coverage tailored to the professional services of each insured’s operations.

Surety Bond Producer E&O Program Highlights Include:

  • Insured’s Choice of Defense Counsel considered
  • Past and Present Employees covered, as well as Independent Contractors
  • Worldwide Coverage for Errors and Omissions committed as long as they are made in the USA or Canada
  • Extended Reporting Period/ Tail Coverage- Bilateral (electable by both Insured and the Insurance Company) Options up to 5 years can be considered
  • Carrier Insolvency Exclusion carved back to “B+” for A.M. Best rated carriers- Demotech rated carriers can also be included
  • $25,000 sub limit for expenses in defending Regulatory or Administrative actions
  • Free, unlimited and confidential risk management hotline to attorneys with E&O expertise to help and analyze issues, responsibilities, providing practical approach to any problems and questions insured’s may have
